Presidents Bush and Fox, along with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, gathered in Mexico to advance the goals of the Security and Prosperity Partnership that the three governments formed in 2005.

What is the plan? Simple, erase the borders. The plan is contained in a "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" little noticed when President Bush and President Fox created it in March 2005.

The North American Union plan, which Vincente Fox has every reason to presume President Bush is still following, calls for the only border to be around the North American Union -- not between any of these countries. "His [Bush] secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union."

The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report titled "Building a North American Community" published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations.

 Goal: Lay the groundwork for the freer flow of people within North America [Canada, US, & Mexico].

 Robert Pastor intends to give away U.S. sovereignty to a newly forming North American Union exactly as he gave away the Panama Canal to Panama during Jimmy Carter’s presidency.
